Vernissage Blackcurrant – is a mid-season, a self-productive and a winter-hardy variety. Its productivity is large – 10-15 tons per 1 hectare.
The bush is high and semi spreading. The berries are black, shiny, univariate, of round-oval large shape and 1.4-2.2 g weight. The sprouts are long, of medium thickness. The peel is strong, with dry separation. The clusters are of medium length and dense. The pulp is moderately aromatic. Its taste is sour and sweet, and the colour is greenish-brown.
